Affiliate Agreement

This Affiliate Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into as of 20/11/2023, by and between Final Cut Plugs, a UK corporation , and the Affiliate.

1. Enrollment in the Affiliate Program

1.1 Affiliate Enrollment: Affiliate may apply to participate in the Company's affiliate program through the Company's website or other designated channels. The Company reserves the right to accept or reject any application at its sole discretion. By signing up to the affiliate program using the link above you are agreeing to the terms and conditions in this agrement.

2. Obligations of the Affiliate

2.1 Promotion: Affiliate agrees to promote Company's products/services in a manner consistent with ethical business practices and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

2.2 Marketing Materials: Company will provide Affiliate with necessary marketing materials, including but not limited to banners, text links, and promotional content, for use in promoting Company's products/services.

2.3 Compliance: Affiliate shall comply with all laws and regulations relevant to its activities under this Agreement.

3. Commissions

3.1 Commission Structure: The Company will pay Affiliate a commission based on qualifying sales generated through Affiliate's unique affiliate link or promotional code, as outlined in the Company's commission structure.

3.2 Payment: Commissions will be paid monthly via paypal, provided that the minimum payout threshold of $100 has been reached. Any unpaid commissions below the threshold will roll over to the next payment period until the threshold is met.

4. Termination

4.1 Termination for Convenience: Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time for any reason by providing written notice to the other party.

4.2 Termination for Cause: Either party may terminate this Agreement immediately if the other party breaches any material term or condition of this Agreement.

5. Confidentiality

5.1 Confidential Information: Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information disclosed by the other party during the term of this Agreement.

6. Miscellaneous

6.1 Governing Law: This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.

6.2 Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether oral or written.
